Why?

We all make mistakes.

I always seemed to be gifted with second chances. Some are not so lucky. Some even pay the price for the mistakes of others.

I can not undo my past mistakes but I am lucky that I can now learn from them. Although, I do have some regrets.

I have been privileged, not financially but in other ways that are far more important than money.

I am confronted by the disparity between those like myself who are accepted by our mainstream culture and those who don’t easily receive such acceptance.

I realise that I have so much to learn and so much I need to evolve.
